EnergySteward.com contains several methods to extract contract
data into a format
for use with various desktop tools (MS-Word,
MS-Excel, etc.). In fact, ALL contract data within EnergySteward.com can be
exported (and optionally updated using our system integration services) via the
following methods:
- All reports provide for exporting the output to
Word, RTF, PDF, Excel, TXT, etc. formats.
- All online web screens (which have grid lists) include buttons which allow
you to export the screen lists to MS-Word and/or MS-Excel.
These online exports respect the 'Lookup' (searches) which are in
place on the grid/list (so you are able to easily export the
information you want based on lookup/search criteria).
- All data within the system is also programmatically accessible
through our system integration services (read and update
(if needed)).
