EnergySteward.com incorporates a powerful reporting tool.
Reports can be output to PDF, MS-Excel, MS-Word, RTF, Text files, etc.
Reports can be dynamically added to the system as needed without having
to republish the website. Reports can be scheduled thru a global
scheduler (and delivered via email/fax). In addition, each
individual within EnergySteward.com can setup a 'Personal'
schedule for any adhoc report within the system. These scheduled
reports (global and personal) can be set to run at various frequencies
(hourly, daily, weekly, etc.) and with various report parameters.
Scheduled reports can be setup to distribute to any number of contact
individuals within EnergySteward.com.
The pipes/fields adhoc reporting area contains 2 different lists of
reports (pipes/fields and meters/wells). These report lists are
accessible via screen 'tabs'. When clicked, these 'tabs' present a
list of reports which are available relative to the tab which was
clicked. Click the thumbnail images (below left) to see how to run
an adhoc report and an example of the pipes/fields reporting tab. |
