The administration area within EnergySteward.com provides a global report scheduling tool.  Any of the reports (defined within the system) can be setup within this global scheduling tool.  When setting up a report schedule, the report, it's frequency and its runtime parameters are defined.  The scheduled report can then be assigned to report schedule groups (contact individuals) for distribution.  EnergySteward.com provides for setting up these report schedules and groups.

The following characterizes some of the options available within the EnergySteward.com administration reports 'Scheduled Reports...' area:

  • An unlimited number of report schedules can be setup.
  • Any report within the system can be setup within the global report scheduler.
  • A comprehensive list of available reporting frequencies (defines when the report will run).
  • An unlimited number of report schedule groups can be assigned any given scheduled report.
  • Contact individuals within a schedule group do not have to have login privileges to be a recipient of a scheduled report.
  • Scheduled reports will auto distribute the reports via email to contact recipients.
  • Options exist to distribute reports via fax (note: this option involves additional hardware/software costs, if required).
  • Copies of distributed reports are stored in all contacts electronic 'correspondence' folders in the system.

All of the items above can be accessed from within the EnergySteward.com administration reports 'Scheduled Reports...' area.

How to get into the Scheduled Reports Area
This represents the method used to enter the administration reports 'Scheduled Reports...' area within EnergySteward.com..
Scheduled Reports Lookup List
This represents the initial screen that is displayed when you first click on the administration reports 'Scheduled Reports...' main menu option within EnergySteward.com.  From this screen you can add, update or delete scheduled reports.  You will notice on this screen that there are 'Lookup' options (top of screen) which allow you to select items in pulldown boxes AND/OR specify wildcard characters for searching your scheduled reports.  More information on these lookup/search options can be found within the 'Searching With Lookups' area of this website.
Scheduled Reports General Information
This is the screen where you setup the basic information required when setting up a scheduled report.
