EnergySteward was developed to address the common needs which confront many oil and gas companies and their contract and deal management activities.

 EnergySteward can be licensed as either a hosted subscription service OR as a traditional in-house installed solution for our clients.

Licensing solutions are not just available to larger companies.  We offer affordable solutions, even for very small companies.


Hosted Subscription Service

With this option, the only thing required from our clients is a web browser and an internet connection.  This represents a popular and cost affordable pricing option as it provides a full featured solution without requiring various IT department resources (hardware, software or people).  This option includes a fixed monthly subscription fee based on expected usage (no limits are placed on number of user logins).

Our hosted solution runs in a state-of the art data center environment utilizing a high speed meshed, multi-vendor internet backbone network, firewall servers, load balancing services, SSL accelerators, web servers, application servers and database servers.  Our hosted environment includes redundant 'off the grid' battery and diesel backup power management.  We also utilize the latest in software operating environments for our various servers.  We take care of all critical backups (data and transaction logs) for our client databases.

Traditional In-house Installation

Our traditional in-house installation solution offers clients an ability to host and manage EnergySteward on their own in-house servers.  With this solution, the clients are provided with full copies of all components necessary to manage the application on their own internal LAN network AND/OR the WAN (public) network.    In-house licensing can either be setup as a monthly lease OR as an outright purchase (with options for annual maintenance).

This solution offers the greatest amount of flexibility and control in that it normally encompasses a licensed copy of all source code.  This can provide for easier external system integration (because it runs on same network as other in-house systems) and it also provides for the greatest control over client customizations.
